2010 nba finals

Boston Celtics survive poor 4th quarter to win the game 92-86 in 2010 NBA Finals Game 5 at TD Garden, Boston.

Propelled by Paul “The Truth” Pierce’s 27 points, the Boston Celtics come out of a bad situation in the fourth quarter to win the game. I disagree to Ref’s decision not calling a foul on KG or The Truth raking the ball off Kobe’s great offensive rebound, but all in all the Celtics players want the ball more than the Lakers’.

Ray Allen is getting better, shooting 5-10 from the field but still shooting blanks from the 3-point range, 0-4. Ray has been shooting poorly throughout the NBA Final series, and hopefully he can do better on the next game in Los Angeles. Kevin Garnett is contributing well, dropping 18 points and grabbing team-high 10 rebounds. Rajon Rondo is playing well, too, with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists, and scoring a crucial lay-up off Pierce’s great pass.

Lakers is Kobe Bryant and Kobe Bryant is the Lakers – He scores 38 points with 5 rebounds and 4 assists to single-handedly carry the whole team – poor Kobe. Pau Gasol is a bit off despite a good rebounding, scoring 12 points and raking game-high 12 rebounds.

Kobe and Pau are scoring double digits while the rest of the team seems… dull. Artest is not that scary anymore, and Lamar Odom still seems to be weak on the knees in this Finals series.

Up Next – will the Lakers tie the game at 3 apiece? No matter I hate the Lakers, I do hope this happens!
