Boston Celtics is old and tired – The Celtics give up to the Lakers 89-67. 22 points margin is embarrassing, but only scoring 67 in the game is simply unacceptable. This win brings the Lakers to tie the series at 3.
The Lakers literally destroy the Celtics. Kobe Bryant scores 26 points, along with 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals to lead the Lakers grab the win. Pau Gasol’s stellar performance almost get him a triple-double, registering 17 points, 13 rebounds and 9 assists. Ron Artest is angry and getting himself a nice 15 points and 6 rebounds in 32 minutes.
On the bench, Vujacic gets 9 points in 14 minutes of game. Lamar Odom is quietly getting 8 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.
The Celtics is hit hard, losing Kendrick Perkins that goes to the locker room, injured 6 minutes after the 1st quarter started. Ray Allen leads the team with 19 points (finally!) while the rest of the team are simply… frustrated.
Poor team rebounding is the key to Celtics devastating loss – only grabbing 37 compared to the Lakers’ 52. Big Baby leads the team in rebounds, registering 9 – but with 0 point.
