Brawl in International Basketball: It Ain’t Streetball Y’all!

Streetball game

Competitive basketball is a tough sport with extreme intensity – You have to be aggressive and resilient to win the ball game.

Unfortunately, International basketball games are stained and becoming known for the sideshows – Brawl between two competing national basketball team – Note the word: International.

I don’t know how about you, but a national basketball team (should) comprise of the best ballers in the country. If the best can’t keep their cool and maintain their professionalism, what about the rest?

NBA basketball players are often preyed in their off-court life. Although I agree that drugs, dopes, guns and brawls done by NBA ballers will soon enough make the spotlight the next day, I’m sure that NBA ballers are the best when it comes to professionalism. Something that the brawling national teams have to learn about.

Sure, NBA’s Z-Bo, AI and some others are bad boys – But they are professionals approaching a ball game. Mr. Barkley – One of the great Power Forwards NBA have – himself, despite the trash talks, is a role model to me (in a good way…)

Here is a video showing you the big picture of International basketball game, and a reason why the USA dominates the basketball world.

… and that’s not it – There are a couple more examples, including Italy vs. Canada brawl, according to a source.

Grow up, peeps!

One Response to “Brawl in International Basketball: It Ain’t Streetball Y’all!”

  • Everyone at a certain point in time does crazy stuff, the bad things for the players is that they are in the spotlight. I mean the public is curious sometimes as to what these stars do, to see that they are all normal people just like everyone else. I mean I like to know when one of these famous personalities are doing what’s common but what I don’t like and I’m sure a lot will agree is the drama the media adds to these actions. Is it right many things that these people do, maybe not but who are we to judge? And so do we do wrong things sometimes, all it matters is the good time we have when we watch them do what they know how to do best, they rest is just BS.
