As a basketball fan (And Orlando Magic fan,) I view Dwight Howard of Orlando Magic as a nice and friendly person. However, on court, he’s a beast – he dunks the ball like there’s no tomorrow and rejects shots like the ball owes him something.
Unfortunately, he often got carried away. Dwight Howard is not a troublemaker, but the refs don’t think so. The NBA referees consider Dwight as a bit vocal, slamming him with 16 technical fouls that gave him a one game suspension and $45,000 in fine this season. Dwight is 2 technical fouls away from getting a $55,000 fine and another suspension.
I don’t know what Dwight talk about with the refs, but I think he need to play by the rule book – whatever that is. Maybe he needs to ignore the refs and stay focus to the game – that what superstars are doing: Keep themselves level-headed and won’t let themselves lose focus on what’s important: Winning the game while the rest are arguing who’s right.
