J.R. Smith Slam Dunk Contest

Due to Rudy Gay’s injury – left hip flexor strain – J.R. Smith will replace him to compete in 2009 NBA Slam Dunk Contest against Dwight Howard, Nate Robinson and Rudy Fernandez.

In my opinion, 2009 Slam Dunk Contest is better off with J.R. than Rudy Gay. Sorry, Rudy……
